e.driver Web Login - Message: "The user ID has already been used on another computer."
When using the e.driver web version, you need to log in with your user ID and password. This information can be found printed on a card included in the e.driver box or in the email we sent you if you purchased the product online.
Once you log in to our website at web.edriver.ch or truck.edriver.ch, you will remain logged in on your browser until you log out again. We recommend always using the "Log Out" button once you finish your learning session. This will allow you to log back in later from any computer or browser.
If you see this message, after clicking the OK button, a "Force Logout" button will appear. Select "Force Logout" if you cannot log out from the other browser. You will then be logged in on the new browser. This option is available a total of three times. After that, you will need to contact our support team and provide your user ID.
On web.edriver.ch or professional.edriver.ch, I only see grey tiles
This indicates that the web browser cannot process HTML5 pages. Almost all modern browsers support HTML5. Try downloading and using a recent version of Google Chrome or Firefox, for example.
Why is there only a link to the website on the eLearning Suite CD and no program?
Many customers use laptops that no longer have a CD drive. Therefore, the programs are made directly available online. The web link on the card with the login data or on the CD leads to a webpage that explains how to access the web version and the app version. This page also provides downloads associated with your product (eBooks, AudioCasts).
This ensures that customers always have access to the latest versions of the programs and content. Especially for exam preparation, it is crucial that changes are immediately integrated into the product so that customers always work with the most up-to-date content.
3D Simulator
A "freeze" may occur when starting the program after using the rearview mirror if an external notebook monitor is connected via a USB docking station. This "freeze" can be resolved by pressing the Esc key to access the statistics and then returning to the program.
I can’t find the 3D Simulator after installing it on Windows 10/11
Depending on the configuration, the 3D Simulator may not appear in the Windows 10/11 Start menu. If you type "Lesson" in the Start menu search field, the three lessons of the 3D Simulator will be displayed.
